Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to all Australian addresses, including PO boxes and Parcel Lockers.

Cost

Standard shipping is free on all orders across Australia.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Estimated delivery times

  • Metro (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth): 3-7 business days
  • Regional Australia: 5-10 business days
  • Remote areas (WA, NT, TAS): up to 14 business days

These are the timeframes most customers experience. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Occasional delays

On rare occasions, delivery can take longer than the standard window, anywhere from 1 to 4 weeks. This can happen for reasons outside our control, including:

  • Unusually high order volume (for example after a sale, campaign or seasonal peak)
  • Larger or bulk orders that require additional handling before dispatch
  • Carrier backlogs, weather events or public holiday periods
  • Deliveries to very remote regions of Australia
  • Address or contact details that need to be re-confirmed with you

By placing an order, you acknowledge that longer delivery windows can occur in these situations and that they do not, on their own, entitle you to cancel the order once it has been dispatched.

Incorrect address / failed delivery

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment; a re-shipping fee may apply.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us at support.handsolace@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. If your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery window (including the extended window above), please contact the same email and we will help investigate with the carrier.

Risk and title

Risk of loss or damage passes to you on delivery to the address provided in your order. Title in the goods passes to you once we have received full payment.
