These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HandSolace website and the purchase of products offered on it ("Site"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
HandSolace ("we", "us", "our") operates this Site and sells consumer wellness products to customers in the Republic of Ireland. For any questions, contact us at support.handsolace@gmail.com.
All prices are shown in euro (EUR) and, where applicable, include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices, product descriptions, availability and promotions at any time before you place an order. An order is only accepted once we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion (for example, if a product is out of stock, if there is a pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraud).
Payment is processed by third-party payment providers. You represent that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide. We do not store full card details on our servers.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Irish and EU consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2022. Goods must match their description, be fit for purpose and be of satisfactory quality. Where goods are faulty or not as described you are entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund. As an online purchase, you also have a 14-day cooling-off period in which you may cancel your order, as described in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights you have under Irish or EU law that cannot be excluded.
HandSolace products are consumer wellness devices intended for general comfort and relaxation. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition, including arthritis. Content on this Site (including testimonials, "before and after" images and articles) is provided for general information only and is not medical advice. Individual results vary. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new wellness routine, particularly if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, take medication, have implanted electronic devices, impaired circulation, diabetes, neuropathy or skin conditions.
Use the product only in accordance with the instructions supplied. Do not use on broken, irritated or numb skin, over open wounds, or while sleeping. Discontinue use and seek medical advice if you experience pain, discomfort or an adverse reaction. Keep out of reach of children. The product is not a toy.
Testimonials and reviews reflect the personal experience of individuals and are not a guarantee of results. Where "before and after" images are used, they illustrate one person's experience and should not be taken as typical.
All content on the Site (text, images, logos, design) is owned by or licensed to us and protected by copyright and trade mark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or exploit any content without our prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to your rights under Irish and EU consumer law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or a product is limited, at our option, to: (a) replacement of the product; (b) supply of an equivalent product; or (c) refund of the price paid. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss.
The Site may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version applies from the date shown at the top of this page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Nothing in these Terms affects your right, as a consumer resident in Ireland, to bring proceedings in the Irish courts.
